Reaching the unreached, Bringing the reached to maturity, sending the matured into ministry
“Reaching the unreached” refers to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, where Jesus commands His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. This involves spreading the gospel to those who have not yet heard it, sharing the message of salvation with love and compassion.
“Bringing the reached to maturity” is inspired by Ephesians 4:11-13, which emphasizes the importance of equipping believers for works of service and building up the body of Christ until we all attain to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God.
“Sending the matured into ministry” echoes the model of Jesus sending out His disciples to preach and heal in Luke 9:1-2, highlighting the responsibility of mature believers to actively engage in ministry, using their gifts and talents to serve others and advance God’s kingdom.
Make disciples worldwide. Through mentoring and training, leaders nurture others in faith, knowledge, and service for Christs' kingdom.
Equipping, educating, and empowering leaders globally.
In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul instructs Timothy to entrust what he has learned to faithful men who will be able to teach others also, emphasizing a multiplication effect in leadership training.
Moreover, Proverbs 9:9 encourages continual learning and growth, stating, “Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.”
Empowering leaders reflects Jesus’ example of empowering His disciples to carry out His mission, as seen in Matthew 10:1-8 and Acts 1:8. This approach fosters strong, capable leaders who can impact communities and nations for God’s glory.
